What utilities are included in my lease?
Water, Trash, Gas & Sewerage. Lessee is responsible for electricity, internet, and cable. 

What kind of pets do you allow and what fees are involved?
No pets allowed. Documented service animals only.

What are the income and credit qualifications?
Total monthly household income (gross) must be at least 2.5 times the amount of the apartments rental rate.  Proof of income is required. (i.e. pay stubs) No unpaid rental related debt, no rental judgments or bankruptcies within the last twelve (12) months. Must pass third party credit screening.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, if the apartment is left in a good, clean, move-in condition, the deposit will be refunded as long as lease terms were met.

How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept leases for short term leases?
We offer 12 month lease terms. We do not accept short term leases at this time.

Am I required to have renters insurance?
Renters insurance is not required but is recommended.

Do you offer furnished or corporate apartments?
We do not offer furnished or corporate apartments at this time.

If I need something repaired in my apartment, how do I get it fixed?
Please call our emergency maintenance number at 504-368-0552. Resident can submit non-emergency maintenance request on the Resident Portal or call the office and notify a staff member. 

When is my rent payment due? How can I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month.  You can pay online via our Resident Portal. You may also pay with check, cashier's check or money order in the leasing office.

What day am I liable for a late charge?
Rent is due on the 1st and considered late after the 5th . A late fee will apply for rent paid after the 5th.

Do you have parking?
We offer complimentary off-street parking for residents.  

Does the property offer a fitness center?
We do not have a fitness center at this time.
